How do I check in?
One day prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email with a link to our secure portal. There, you’ll enter your arrival date, the credit card that you’d like to pay with, your expected arrival time, and some basic personal information.

You can also leave us a note with special requests on this form, such as extra towels, a pack-n-play crib or whatever else you may need!

What if I would like to check in early?
If you would like to check in early, just give us a call! Otherwise, our system is designed to check you in as soon as your room is available, up to two hours before your specified arrival time.

How can I cancel or alter a reservation?
If you book directly, you can just give us a call. Otherwise, you will have to cancel your booking through the third party that you made the reservation with. Please note that we have a 48-hour cancelation policy.

When is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. However, our system will automatically send you a message with your room and entry code as soon as it is available, up to two hours before your specified arrival time. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Daily housekeeping:
Daily housekeeping service is available during normal business hours. We’re happy to take care of any special requests during this time. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, please indicate so by placing the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the exterior door handle.

Breakfast:
We serve continental breakfast daily between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM on the weekdays and 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the weekends. This includes fresh fruit, bagels, toast, yogurt parfaits, oatmeal, cereal, juice, coffee, and tea.

Parking:
We offer plenty of free on-site parking.
