Barcelona proper is approximately 3,781 miles east. While we’re big fans of GaudÃ, the Catalan culture, and the unrivaled freshness of the innovative local cuisine, this is not a travel blog about Spain.
We’re tipping our hat to the tastiest neighbors a boutique hotel could dream of. If you have yet to partake in the vinicultural highs or Spanish-inspired tapas downstairs from the Hi-Ho, we recommend you stop reading (no, really) and do so, immediately. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, you need to be very familiar with this foodie favorite.

Sobrasada Fideos
Did we mention that Hi-Ho guests can get reservation priority and room service, during certain hours? It’s true.
So in lieu of boarding a plane, and crossing the Atlantic, hop off the Merritt Parkway and enjoy some incredible Spanish-inspired cuisine. The staff is great, the vibe is fun, and you don’t need a passport. Salud!
